MCP Response Actions

Goldman Environmental Consultants maintains a thorough understanding of the Massachusetts Contingency Plan (310 CMR 40.0000) which describes how environmental cleanup is to be conducted in Massachusetts by providing regulations to: identify OHM releases; determine whether a release is subject to the provisions of the MCP; and determine how releases should be investigated and remediated.

GEC’s Licensed Site Professionals (LSPs) are highly qualified to oversee MCP activities and provide waste site cleanup opinions. GEC's LSPs provide all MCP services from Limited Removal Actions (LRA) through Response Action Outcome (RAO) Statements; Activity and Use Limitations; Post-RAO Operations, Maintenance and/or Monitoring; and Public Involvement Activities.
